How the engagement works
Strategy, decisions, oversight, and maintenance, billed monthly. It's the work only a technology officer who already knows your business can do: knowing where you are, deciding what's worth building, and keeping every system on-architecture. Scheduled and bounded. This is what the monthly fee buys.
Project work is scoped and quoted before it starts, then delivered separately at our standard Build rate. Our team builds it, we manage it, and it never touches the retainer fee. Retainer clients get priority scheduling and managed delivery, not a discount.
Retainer tiers
Tiers differ on how often we meet, how fast we respond, and how much we oversee. No tier includes build labor. Building is always scoped and quoted as a separate project.
